Terms of Service
Last updated June 1, 2026.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of any games, websites, and other services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by StrayCat Interactive Entertainment (“StrayCat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. User data and accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we suspect to be compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
2. Grant of a limited license to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StrayCat grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to:
- Transfer your account or login credentials to any third party.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
3. Game currencies and virtual goods
Our games may include virtual currencies and virtual items (collectively, “Virtual Items”). Virtual Items:
- Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
- Remain the property of StrayCat at all times and are licensed (not sold) to you.
- May not be sold, transferred, or traded outside the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items at any time.
4. Our intellectual property
The Service and all content within it — including but not limited to game design, art, audio, code, trademarks, and text — are owned by StrayCat or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
5. Third-party material
The Service may contain links to or be integrated with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. User content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the Service (such as in-game messages, support requests, or feedback). By submitting content, you grant StrayCat a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove any user content at our discretion.
7. Price and payment
Certain features of the Service may be available for purchase. When you make a purchase:
- You authorize the relevant payment processor (such as Apple, Google, or another platform) to charge the applicable amount.
- All sales of Virtual Items and other digital content are final, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
- Refund requests must be made through the platform from which the purchase was made, within any applicable refund window (typically 96 hours for direct in-app purchases, subject to platform policy).
Prices and availability of items may change at any time without notice.
8. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or to the integrity of the Service.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@straycat.site. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. STRAYCAT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STRAYCAT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
STRAYCAT’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STRAYCAT IN THE 180 DAYS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrayCat and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or pandemics.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.
14. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator.
You and StrayCat agree to bring claims against each other only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this dispute-resolution clause by sending written notice to support@straycat.site within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
